This Buyer’s Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the buyer (“Buyer”) and Apparition’s Transition, a seller of metaphysical products, with a principal place of business at 109 Tower Road, Cumming GA, 30040 (“Seller”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase of metaphysical products by the Buyer from the Seller.
1. Product Description
The Buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing metaphysical products. A line of energy-clearing products designed to create a positive and harmonious living environment, which may include but are not limited to crystals, Sprays, gemstones, Journals, incense, herbs, candles, oils, spiritual tools, and related items (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). In addition to the products, Apparition’s Transition may provide educational content related to spiritual practices and metaphysics. This content is intended to inform and enhance the user’s understanding of these practices.
Entity Removal and Positive Energy Intention:
The products sold by the Seller are intended for use in creating a positive living environment and, in some cases, for the removal of negative entities. The effectiveness of these products depends on the Buyer’s commitment to the intention of positive energy and entity removal.
The Buyer understands that these Products are intended for spiritual, energy, and holistic purposes and may not have scientific or medical backing.
2. Purchase and Payment
2.1 Order Placement: The Buyer agrees to place orders for Products through the Seller’s designated platform or website and provide accurate and complete information.
2.2 Payment: The Buyer agrees to pay the specified purchase price for the Products, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, as per the Seller’s pricing and payment policies at the time of purchase.
3. Product Information
The Seller will provide detailed information about each Product, including its intended uses, properties, and any relevant care instructions. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing and following the usage guidelines provided with each product, including any instructions for rituals, cleansing practices, or affirmations before making a purchase and should seek further guidance if necessary.
4. Use and Safety
4.1 Intended Use: The Buyer acknowledges that the Products are intended for spiritual, metaphysical, and holistic purposes The Seller makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from the use of the products. Results may vary based on individual beliefs, practices, and environmental factors and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
4.2 Safety: The Buyer agrees to use the Products in a safe and responsible manner, following any provided instructions and taking necessary precautions. The Buyer is responsible for the proper maintenance and care of the purchased products. Any defects or damages must be reported to the Seller promptly.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns: Due to the nature of the products, returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or perceived lack of efficacy will not be considered for a return. If the Products are damaged upon arrival or if the Buyer receives the wrong Products Please contact the Seller within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss any concerns.
5.2 Refunds: The Seller will process refunds, if applicable, in accordance with their refund policy and issue refunds to the original payment method used by the Buyer.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Buyer acknowledges that metaphysical products may have varying effects, and the Seller makes no guarantees of the complete removal of entities or specific outcomes and results that the Buyer may experience. The Products are sold “as is,” and the Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer acknowledges that the success of energy-clearing efforts relies on personal commitment, positive intent, and consistent use of the provided products.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Products. The total liability of the Seller for any claim, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in question.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, if any, regarding the subject matter herein.
10. Amendments
This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Apparition’s Transition website. Buyers are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.
